IP Infringement Cases
IP Infringement Cases refer to legal disputes in which one party (the plaintiff) accuses
another party (the defendant) of violating their intellectual property (IP) rights.
Intellectual property includes legal protections for creations of the mind, such as
inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, symbols, names, and images used in
commerce. IP infringement occurs when a party uses, reproduces, or exploits another party's
protected intellectual property without authorization, potentially leading to financial and
reputational harm to the rights holder.
